The Ambrosia Beetle Can Damage Your Trees

Unfortunately the Spotted Lanternfly isn’t the only insect we need to be concerned about this fall. There is another bug that can damage to your trees — the Ambrosia Beetle.

This is a small beetle that burrows into your tree, often causing lasting damage. A sign that your tree has an Ambrosia Beetle setting up shop are these strange tooth pick-like saw dust strings that pop out of the tree or a collection of what appears to be sawdust at the base of the tree.
